Shipping policy

GENERAL INFORMATION

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order using the original method of payment.

Delivery Time Once your order is placed, we will provide you with an estimated delivery time. The delivery time is 8 to 21 working days. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date the order is placed. Delivery times should be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we strive to fulfill your order within 8 to 12 working days from the order date. Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. We do not ship on Sundays.

Order Processing Time The order processing time ranges from 1-2 days. This includes preparing and dispatching your items from our warehouse.
